Kekoa bifold/trifold inserts have been designed to work effortlessly with your one-size premium nappy shells on the smallest setting or with our newly design newborn shells. 

Simply fold as a trifold for the smallest rise setting, and as baby grows fold like a book (bifold). As a trifold it provides 9 layers of absorbency, and as a bifold 6 layers. Great paired with your premium bamboo cotton insert, or with your core bamboo terry for extra oomph.

This additional pack gives you spare inserts, great for when your nappy shells are dry but inserts need a little longer. Perfect as a back up when using your nappies as a snap-in system and inserts are wet, not soiled.

Wash multiple times to reach maximum absorbency. Wash with warm water. Dry on low heat. Inserts are made of natural fibers, shrinkage is normal and to be expected. Inserts are designed longer in order to account for shrinkage.
