Kinder's Bamboo Cotton Bookfold insert is constructed using a bookfold design, which means the layers are folded rather than sewn together. This creates a trim, flexible insert that can be easily customized to fit your baby's needs. The bookfold also allows for quicker drying times compared to similar 6-layer insert styles.
3 Layers of 70% Viscose from Bamboo / 30% Cotton
1 Layer of 100% Polyester Athletic Wicking Jersey Mesh (AWJ)
Thin profile. Less bulky with faster drying times than similar 6-layer absorbency styles
Finished, folded washed size is comparable to our 4-layer bamboo inserts 13"x5.5"x0.125"
3-Layers when flat, 6-Layers when folded in half.
Wash multiple times to reach maximum absorbency. Wash with warm water. Dry on low heat. Inserts are made of natural fibers, shrinkage is normal and to be expected. Inserts are designed longer in order to account for shrinkage.

I LOVE these for overnight. I struggled with overnight leaks so much with my heavy wetter (and when you cosleep it is significantly more inconvenient). I started by tri folding it instead of bi folding to get some extra absorbency, but now that my baby is bigger and wigglier I’ve switched to the intended bi fold method. Originally I was worried I might not get as much absorbency this way, but we haven’t had a single leak since making the switch! We still dream feed throughout the night and even with 2-4 feeds I do not have to wake my baby up for a diaper change during the night. This was my second time purchasing the book fold inserts and as my collection grows it certainly will not be my last!
These inserts work great in the day when folded in half or overnight when folded into three. It does look a bit bulky on my 12 month old when folded brochure style but I've used them for 10-11 hours at bedtime without leaks.
I adore these! My kiddo is 6 month but 20+ lbs and wears 2T clothing. These hold up 12 hours overnight easy for him and aren't even completely saturated. They're bulkier than the green inserts but much more absorbent and dry faster. Since they're bulkier I only use them overnight right now but for the price they're such a good value. I think I would need to double up the green inserts to get the same performance.
Love these inserts! They're a but bulkier than the green inserts, but not to the point I find them unmanageable. I think they absorb super well and are worth the purchase!
Great absorbency but they’re extremely thick & not trim at all! I’d prefer the green insert over these because you get the same absorbency and a more trim fitting pocket diaper but these are perfect to use in diaper covers, especially with the AWJ lining!
