Kinder Cloth Basics: How do pre-orders work?
*Note: We are moving away from a pre-order format for a more traditional in-stock release format. That's not to say we won't ever run another pre-order—so we'll keep this info here just in case.
At Kinder Cloth Diaper Co. we release regular cloth pocket diaper pre-order sales, featuring new and exclusive prints. These prints are designed in-house as collections, and are sold both individually and as value packs.
Pre-orders will open on the 1st day of the month and feature a series of new colors and patterns. These patterns will be teased on our social media in the weeks before the release. And our email subscribers will have 24 hours of early access to these sales, so be sure to sign up for our newsletter. ;)
During the pre-order phase, items will be available at a discounted price. When items arrived and their listing status changes to in-stock, the price too will increase to regular price. We do this so that customers are rewarded for shopping early!

Q: What happens if you purchase items from multiple pre-orders? Or combine in-stock items and pre-order items?
If you make a purchase that includes items from two different months, or both in-stock and pre-order items, we will wait until the entire order has arrived in our stock room before shipping. We will not split the order into two shipments. If you'd like to receive part of your order as it arrives, we recommend making multiple transactions.
Q: Oops! I forgot to order something, and placed a second order. Can you combine them?
Sadly, we cannot combine two or more orders together. However, we can add-on to existing orders. Just shoot us an email and we'll see what we can do!
Q: How do I get a discount code?
There's three ways to do this.
- Sign up for our email list! This is the best way to get coupons from us.
- Join our rewards program. There's a navy blue button at the bottom right of the screen to sign up for our rewards program. Members earn 5 points on every dollar they spend. Spend 20 dollars? You'll earn 100 points. These points add up to real money you can spend in our shop!
- Refer a friend through our rewards program. Refer a friend to our shop and you BOTH get 5 dollars to spend.
